It was a delight working with Wayne. He was very responsive anytime that we contacted him, and he went above and beyond taking care of any problem that arose. This was especially important to us because we do not live in the same town as the house we were selling. I definitely would recommend Wayne to anyone seeking help with any kind of real estate venture (buying, selling, etc.)
